1. About these terms
These terms apply to the BUSHAID online store at alviona.online and to purchases made through this store. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BUSHAID. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products.

2. Product information
Review the product description, quantity, ingredients, label instructions, warnings, price and purchase option before ordering. Product images may look different on different screens. Contact us if information you need to make your purchase is unclear.
Information about supplements is general product information and is not individual medical advice. Follow the directions on the product label. Products are not a substitute for medical care, and results may vary. Nothing in these terms removes your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.
3. Placing an order
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, be legally able to enter into the purchase, and be authorised to use your selected payment method. Review your order before submitting it. If you discover an error, contact us promptly.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because stock is unavailable or there is a pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total price, delivery charges and applicable taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment. 5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions involve recurring charges and deliveries. The selected price, delivery interval and recurring purchase terms are displayed before you complete your order. 6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy describes available destinations and charges. Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellations, eligible returns and refunds. Contact us promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect items. These policies do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Keep account access details secure. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict misuse of the website, but doing so does not remove obligations relating to valid existing orders or statutory rights.

We may update these terms for future transactions. The terms that applied when you placed your order continue to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed with you. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply to you as a consumer in your place of residence. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
