Delivery destinations

We currently ship BUSHAID Feminine Probiotic Gummies to the United States and the United Kingdom. Availability for your exact address is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping: $4.95 USD.
Free standard shipping on qualifying BUSHAID orders over $45 USD.

The final charge, any applicable taxes and the total for your order are shown before payment. The offer applies to eligible BUSHAID products; mixed orders or other products may have different shipping charges. For subscriptions, shipping is calculated for each scheduled order using the terms displayed when you subscribe.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is accepted. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order. If no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering for delivery information for your destination. We do not promise a delivery date that has not been confirmed.

We will notify you if a delivery problem affects your order. For UK orders, delivery will take place within 30 days unless another period has been agreed with you. Your rights if goods are late or not delivered remain unaffected.

Tracking and address changes

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email when available, or view your order in your account. Email us promptly if your address needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Delivery problems and international orders

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect parcel, contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging and any relevant photographs while we investigate. Customs processing may affect international delivery. Any import charges not collected at checkout are subject to the destination's rules; contact us before purchase if you need clarification.
